C M Ipe – Founder & Chairman

Mr. C. M. Ipe is the founder of Vikas Rubbers and the driving force behind its growth. He established a rubber band manufacturing unit in Kottayam, Kerala, in 1977 to serve the Indian packaging industry. With a strong focus on quality, reliability, and ethical business practices, he built Vikas into a market leader in rubber bands in India. His vision and values continue to guide the organization.

Nobin Ipe – CEO

Mr. Nobin Ipe holds a postgraduate degree in Engineering Management from the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom. In 2011, he founded Vikas Polymers Ltd., UK, focusing on the import and distribution of rubber flooring. After establishing a strong presence in the UK market, he returned to India in 2012 and expanded Vikas Rubbers into rubber flooring manufacturing. With expertise across marketing, sales, production, and finance, he has played a key role in driving the company’s growth in international markets.
He currently serves as the CEO of Vikas Rubbers and Director of Vikas Polymers Ltd., UK.

Anu Nobin

Mrs. Anu Nobin holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies, Kochi, and has completed a Professional Certificate Programme in Digital Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode. She began her career with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and has been a part of Vikas Rubbers since 2012. As the Chief Operations Officer, she oversees Human Resources, Marketing, and Operations, driving efficiency, team development, and brand growth.
With a strong focus on building systems and processes, she plays a key role in strengthening the organization’s internal capabilities while supporting its expansion.
